What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and
the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s
stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective
legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender
make-up of the population)?
Representative gender for women must mean
women who are biological female. If you wish another category for
people who identify differently to the sex they were born, then you
create a representative category without taking the place of
biological women.
What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential
sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
Do not agree with face value, the bill must
state biological women can only apply. Create another category if
the person cannot meet this requirement
Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Yes, biological females will not get fair
representation if someone not born female takes their place
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
Yes, men identifying as female could take the
place of biological females, this is unfair.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
Don’t agree much with the WG agenda,
making life more difficult to live in Wales under authoritarian
rule.
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
I would rather UK government have control of
sex based legislation for the whole of the UK

competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European
Convention on Human Rights?
